We take food hygiene very seriously, and with years of hospitality experience, Level 2 hygiene certificates and a 5 star Hygiene Rating, you can be assured that we know the ins and outs of keeping your food safe.
Allergen Statement
All food made in our kitchen is Gluten Free. We endeavour to buy ingredients that are marked as ‘Gluten Free’ where possible, or processed without the presence of gluten-containing cereals. Whilst all of our products are coeliac safe, please do let us know if you have a severe allergy or sensitivity, so we know to take EXTRA care.
Whilst we aim to make as many of our products as allergen free as possible, we only have a small production area and everything is made in a space that frequently handles common allergens including NUTS, PEANUTS, SOY AND SESAME and therefore cannot guarantee that any items are completely free from these allergens.
Likewise, all products are made to a Vegan recipe, though due to the manufacture of some of our ingredients there may unfortunately be trace elements of MILK present in our bakes.
Please let us know if you have any allergies, intolerances or sensitivities when placing your order with us and we will do our best to make sure you can have your cake AND eat it too.
